How to succeed in a job interview interviewing takes an important role in the job interview .because not only it is very easily knew about you for the interviewees,but also can reflect a part of the interviewers' circumstances. How do the interviewers succeed in a job interview? In my opinion,firstly,what the most important factor is the interviews' wearing.for the reason that interviewee can how the interviewer judging from the interviewer' appearance.Secondly,the language skill is of importance.the interviewee usually consider the level of the interviewers through a short face to face interview.especially for the communicating society .Thirdly,except for the aboved factors ,the successful interview owes to the major、knowledge 、attitude and confidence and so on. As far as I am concerned,when in the interview,the interview should be confident interviewing with interviewee,that can give a good impression of the interviewee.Last but not least, the interviewer had better prepare well all the things that interviewee needs.
