Recently,numerous students ignored the study of Chinese，it has drawn immense attention from the public and fierce debates are right on there way. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?There are several reasons for this:first and foremost,as we all know,Chinese is our mother tongue,a number of students take it granted that Chinese is extremely simple to grasp; besides,some of them think that it is boring and old-fashioned to study Chinese.Neglecting the study of Chinese,nevertheless,may contributes to some undesirable consequences,for instance,students will overlook the Chinese culture finally. In order to enhance the situation,from my perspective,it is high time that we should take several particularly effective measures,first of all,we should educate,advocate and motivate our friend,classmates and acquaintance to recognize the importance of learning Chinese,second,we should organize a lot of interesting activities about the study of Chinese,the last but not least,we should publicize the significance of learning Chinese by television or other means.
