as the saying goes,"lions led by a goat will be beat by sheep led by a lion."the profound saying reflects that a leader is significant in teamwork.given leadership matters a lot,we want to know what a lead is. at the standpoint of mine,a leader must be the one who has the power to make all his staff do whatever he wants.whereas a leader is not neccessary to be in office,that is,an actual leader is a spiritual one instead of just a position.how come a leader is not appointed by his boss?the question refers to the classification of power.we think there are three orgins of power:one is chrismas,one is legal and the last is regulatory.although the regulatory power is decisive,it can be overthrown by the other two.however,if a man of charastically charming,he can get into power legally.so it is the leader himself that really influenced the power. a leader is not to do everything.all he needs to do is to deal with controvesy among staff and make urgent decision when neccessary.in this case,i think a leader must be intellectual and brilliant.elegance is required to show his manners,forgiveness to show his broad eyes and sence of responsibility to show his confidence.
