Nowadays,the phenomenon of aging of population has drawn wide attention in China.It is not difficult to find the elders in growing numbers gather park,square,even in hospital around us.Obviously,it reveals a truth that we are facing the issue of aging of population.A large of number of reasons are responsible for this. On the one hand,along with the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people emphasize the importance of health care.For example,many people may do physcial examination every year. On the other hand,there is no doubt that it is more helpful that the progress of medical technology may cope with many fatal disease,which also prolongs people's life.However,there is a good side and a bad side to everything,it goes without saying that aging of population brought some problems to us. For instance, the lack of labour force affects our economic developement due to retirement of massive elders. In addition, how should we care about these elders,especial for ill elders when their children are busy in their work ? As far as i concerned, our related department should take importance to the living of the elders.Let them live more honour and more happiness.Meantimes, we should take measures to make up the gap of labour force to ensure economic developement
