On maintaining Trust Nowadays, wherever you go, you can hear that we are willing to help and support those who maintain trust. So building and maintaining trust is very important for both individual and orginazition, while how to build and maintain trust in our life. As an independent person, we need to recognize the importance of trust. In interpersonal relations, making friends with others becomes easier for a person who has good trust than the one who doesn't. We also like those who has the trust. And then, we should try our best maintain trust. For instance, we can't make promise quickly if we have no confidence to finish something. And if we promise to aid to someone, we'd better to reach the goal which we want to get. As an old saying goes, be slow to promise and quick to perform. We should build and maintain our trust by our behavior and ability.
