There are many reasons account for this phenomenon.Primarily,many people believe that the more certificates you possess,the more capable you are,which can be the driver of this epidemic.Additionally,there are many difficulties in judging a student without certificates. From my perspective,certificates are necessary for job hunting,but we also need to enhance our integrated qualities.Only when you become an all-direction people can you achieve your career.
