From the picture, we can see that average of unemployment rate in 2011 is 7.6%, and the less than high school diploma is about 14.1%. we can know the unemployment rate is related to the level of education. However, the average of the median weekly earnings in 2011 is 797 dollar, and professional degree earning is about 4 times than that less than high school diploma. but what cause this phenomenon? some reasons contribute this problem as follows. Firstly, the higher degree can help people find a good job easily, and also can have lots of opportunities . Secondly, more and more people aware of the important of education, so they want to pay much money to go to study, some people select to study in abroad. Thirdly, lots of graduated students don't like to do a lower job, so they can find work.
