From the picture, we can see that average of unemployment rate in 2011 is 7.6%, and the less than high school diploma is about 14.1%. We can know the unemployment rate is related to the level of education. However, the average of the median weekly earnings in 2011 is 797 dollars, and the earning of a professional degree is about 4 times than that less than high school diploma. But what cause this phenomenon? some reasons contribute to this problem as follows. Firstly,the higher degree can help people find a good job easily, and also can have lots of opportunities ,so it is worth to paying education. Secondly, more and more people aware of the importance of education, so they want to pay much money to go to study, some people select to study abroad. Thirdly, lots of graduated students don't like to do a lower job, so they can find work. In my opinion, the more paying education is not much related to the development of the future. The importance is what we do, however, education is also an important factor.
