【话题评价】
环保类写作话题题库中有一个小分支是关于“交通工具”的。从2003年至今，这个分支话题共出现8次，其中2次是问汽车的利弊，6次飞机是否应该被限制（其余4道话题见下）。这些话题的基本思路都是相同的，缺点主要从环保角度去考虑。当然每个话题有不同的侧重点，同学需要认真对待。

文章词汇表达丰富，学术词汇积累做的也很棒；若增加一些从句的使用，文章会更不错；文章结构不够严谨，应增加过程性词汇的使用；请注意分段。
Flying to the sky has long been a dream haunted generations of human kind, and the 20 century witnessed this dream coming true. Since then air travel has been among the fastest and hottest means of transportation. Airplanes dramatically shorten the distances and afford us to travel further. Therefore many people hold the opinion that cheap air travel should be encouraged to enable ordinary people to expand their horizon. However, taken the high energy consuming rate and the environmental pollution of the airplane into consideration, many oppose to the idea that air travel should be accessible to ordinary people. I hold the position that cheap air travel should not be encouraged. First and foremost, we're fighting a fierce war to solve the problem of pollution and preserve energy resources. Various green energies are being developed while a lot of energy consuming industries has been closed down. Global warming has changed everyone's life while air pollution tops the list of people's concern for health threat. Under such circumstances, air travel should not be encouraged. Second, our country has provided us with a convenient rail transmit system with which we can travel to far away in a short time with a cheap price. Many of the cities in China have been equipped with high-speed rails. Few procedure s need to be handled if you choose the railway transportation. Cheap air travel should not be encouraged, but new energy sources for airplanes should be developed and utilized to mitigate the pollution. Rail transmit is also a good and affordable means to travel.
