What's the way to success? Bacon said " Failure is the mother of success" which I totally support. The difficulty always can build up one's good characters,such as tenacious,tough,persistent and motivated which be essential factors of success. As when we face any failure,we will ask us'stand up" and "keep going on".Although we walk hard with tears and sweat,moving toward the success step by step.With time,we will get the final success. If one never experience setback,how can he cultivate good characters to solve problems properly.So,in my opinion,good character plus rich experience are the way to success.
