Respected teachers and students, I am very happy to stand here to extend my warm welcome to you all, especially the newer teachers and students. At the begining of the new term, I hope all of you can make a well preparation to face the challenges of new term and live a colorful and meaningful life. At first, we also should emphsis our school philosophical ideas, which will be continuously observed and put into practice. Before that, we should learn about each other and then increase our mutural understanding and friendship by communicating with each other, so that we should pay more attention to develope the liberty of knowledge. It depends on the efforts of the factulty and students. At last, let us make a joint efforts for the noble cause of the development of education.
