This has caused quite a stir among the public. some people extremely agree on it,But others don’t think so.In my opinion,private car owners should be taxed for pollution. On the one hand,as we all know,the air pollution has become the biggest problem in china.While with the growth of cars,the environment is becoming worse and worse,so this strategy is good to protect our environment.On the other hand,some people face a fact that heavy traffic.No matter on the working days or on the weekend days,heavy traffic has become a headache problem.So only in this way,can release this phenomenon. In conclusion,private car owners should be taxed for pollution,which an effective way to control of the number of cars and reduce pollution in the city.
