what is leader? it is difficult to define,but it can be identified easily. leader is a man who organizes some people to work together for the identify goal. leader is responsible to decide what is the goal and how to get achievement. A superb leader knows the pepole very well who worked with him and asked they to do what they are interested in . As a result, the achievement can be get more efficient and smoothly. Leading people to do some work is not easy, especially when the work is complex and need lots of people. Leaders should have many peroperties such as objective, ablity of effect conversatioin, be respectable, having knowlage, being optimistic and so on . Leaders make decision not depending on emotion but on the experience and analysis of the problem. when meeting troubles , leaders can always make direction to conquer it. A good leader respect everyone who work with and build comfortable enviroment for work. They are ready for help the follower to achieve success , which make themselves become efficient leader.
