should the government completely control and carry out the scientific research? Nowadays, it has been a common topic. Different people have different alttitudes towards this phenomenon. Some people believe that the government should not entirely manage the scientific research. Every company has its right to cope with all kinds of work relevent to its business, including the scientific research. Moreover, with the rapid development of the technology and society, the pravite companies should and must create some advanced results that can make them more successful than other similar companies, which mostly depends on the scientific research. However, others think that all research results must under the government control, no matter the results belong to the pravite company or the academic agency. Since new research results, such as space technology, will largely contribute to our social reform and development, the government must recognise all these advanced development at time. In my opinion, government should take most research into account, but not the all. As some strong technology, such as the technology for higher production of rice, will directly relate to our life, so these parts of research should be under controlled by the government. While others research coresponding to the pravite companies should be managed by their own way, the government only require to control the whole picture form by all types of companies. Only in this way can the society and our country sustainedly develop and can we build a more stable life.
