The bar chart given above discripted that life expectancy and infant mortality experience some changes in the period from 1960 to 1990. The life expectancy rised from nearly 40 years old to 60 years old,and at the same time the infant mortality declined from nearly 20 percent to 10 percent. The bar chart inform us the phenomenon that people's life time is rising.What exactly contribute to this phenomenon? The reasons can be listed as follows: For one thing,with improvement of living standard,people paid more value to themselve's health conditions. The other reason is that with progression of chemical technology, some deseases wich is seeming-discurable can be cured. As the result, the average of person's life time is enlengthed.This phenomenon not only bring benifit to society,but also bring some troubles such as population in mounting age,bring society insurance in trouble,declination of the nature resource per person and so on.It is time to think how to resolve the troubles bringing from the phenomenon.
