When seeing the not uncommon phenomenon,personally speaking,we have no better way to appreciate it than by exploring the three factors.In the first place,middle-aged staff is confronted with greater pressure from family,job and life correspondingly,they cherish unrealistic expectation concerning what they can get from job,which is far beyond their actual performance.In the second place,although they have accumulated extensive knowledge and abundant working experience nevertheless,there is little chance for them to get a promotion or a pay rise.In the third place,those staff have paid more attention to their health and the life quality,while corporate life deprives them of their opportunity to enjoy their life. According to the above discussion,so noteworthy is the dissatisfaction among the middle aged staff that we have no difficulty but can obtain a conclusion that it is necessary to take effective measures and create more incentives to eliminate the negative effects and retain those excellent middle-aged staff.
