We may continuous increasing our ability to defeat opponent. On the other hand, proverb says it is extremely cold at higher altitudes. Setting in the first position, there are people behind you all the time to catch up with you. This psychological pressure, a good regulator, pressure becomes energy, a bad regulator, it causes anxiety. So, sometimes the second position or the third position is the best one. Both the target of efforts and not so much pressure. So, participating in sports is not worthwhile only when you win something.
