I think as a good colleague should have the following two points: First, keep each other private space. Now we have entered the era of high-speed information. Second, appropriate care and communication. Sometimes, communication between people is short or silent. For example, your exhausted colleague went back the dorm or apartment, you may gently say the words, ”welcome back“, and give him or her a cup of warm water. In his or her sick put a box of drug and a bowl of porridge at his or her bedside. In his or her sleep, covered with blankets to help him or her, and help him or her to forget to turn off the lamp off. In summary,a good colleague is the people who make you feel warm.
