The above graph shows some aspects about life expectancy and infant mortality in China.According to the graph,from 1960 to 1990,only a period of 30 years,there is a steady rise in life expectancy form 40 to 55 years old.The infant decreased rapidly from 180 to 80 deaths per 1000 births in the meantime. After a careful analysis I reached some reasons behind the trend,which involves three causes.For one thing,the rapid growth of economy enables people,both urban and rural,put physical health on the agenda after meeting the basic needs,such as housing and eating.In addition,the authority of government attach to health development and allocation resources.Last but not least,human beings do more and more exercise. In my experience,we have enough reasons to believe that human beings will have more longer life expectancy and less infant mortality only if we strike a successful balance between economic development and enrieonmental protection.
