The H1N1 flu virus has spread to many countries in the world at an amazing speed since its outbreak in Mexico in April this year. All the countries are working together to control the spread of the disease. Fortunately, it is estimated by the experts that the death rate of the H1N1 flu virus is lower than 1%, still lower when compared with that of SARS and bird flu. The disease can be spread from human to human through coughing and sneezing when a patient has a high fever. The best way to prevent it is to wash hands more often, drink more water and have enough sleep.
