Recently, there is a thinking of schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. This is a controversial matter. Whether the students can correctly evaluate their teachers? This evaluation system is perfect? The teacher how to correctly treat the evaluation of their students? I think it can be practiced that students to evaluate their teachers after carefully consideration of these problems. First, students and teachers are the same group. They all need continuous learning and progress. And students and teachers of two groups are closely connected. So they evaluta each other is correctly. Teachers can know the shortcoming of their teaching method through evaluation system, and students also may know how we can the better learning. Second, to set a platform be used to evaluate each other after class. Teaching just is an interactive process. Students feedback their teachers who can`t understand the problems in class. Teachers adjusting the point of teaching according to their students reflect the problems in order to achieve the goal of teaching. If the interactive process can carry out, teaching will not a dull things. Finally, students to evaluate their teachers can carry out. But it can`t fill the malicious criticism and baseless insults. Like this, the relationship of teachers and students will be very harmonious.
