And other people disagree and think governments should spend this money for our basic needs on Earth. I think in the foundation of the people`s basic living constantly improve, we must firmly grasp the core technology of the exploring outer space, waiting for an opportunity of mature, and then to space development. The reasons are as follows: First, beautiful superstructure is built on a solid foundation. That is to say, the government should first make better people`s basic construction work, the next step is to explore outer space. Just think, in the case of people do not have enough to eat, how to support the activity of exploring outer space. If because the behavior of exploring outer space leads to few people starved to death, people will lose confidence in our government.
