Some people like to do only what they already do well. And other people prefer to try new things and take risks. My idea is: do first familiar, ability promotion, to face the challenges. The reasons are as follows: First, we must learn the past person do learn from the experiences. The best way is to repeat the past person done. For example, we being new to the company planning department. The leader does not immediately give us a new project rather than let us look at the previous project(whether good or bad) learning experiences, or follow the old employee to take over the new project learning experiences. When we learn the experiences, we will be independent take over the new project. Then, we may add some ideas and innovations, try to let the customers accept, this is also a new challenge. Second, if when we face a challenge with no experiences, in most cases, the core problem we can not catch, we will face failure.
