In recent years,education has played a more and more crucial role in the society and the high quality of education has become the most effective advertising for schools.Therefore,in order to enhance the educational quality,many schools plan to spend more money on salaries for professors to attract more famous professors.Nonetheless,I hold an opposite opinion that increasing the salaries for professors is not the best way to improve the quality of education. For one thing, that attracting professors by increasing the salaries would be of no effect,because what professors pay most attention to is not the salary but the environment and the study atmosphere of schools.Statistically,it has been shown that about 78% of surveyed professors expressed that when they are choosing schools,the environment of schools and the capacity of students are the two features they would first concern rather than the money they could get.And more than 60% of surveyed professors believed that teaching students who are intelligent and diligent could improve the educational quality.As a matter of fact,what famous professors who earned enough money and care little about the salary prefer to is to make some contribution to the schools and society.That is why I give out the point that there is no need to spend more money on professor for improving the educational quality. For another, there are some better ways to enhance the quality of education except spending more money on professors' salaries.For example,both upgrading the laboratory equipment and beautifying the campus environment could improve the quality of education,because advanced laboratory equipment could help students conduct experiment and peaceful environment with beautiful scenery of schools could maintain students' mental health, which would be beneficial for studying as well. In addition,peaceful and wonderful environment could also be attractive for famous professors. 　　According the reasons I offered above, it could be easily concluded that there are many other ways to improve the quality of education besides only increasing the salaries of professors,for it is not necessary spending more money on salary.
