organize, develop, and express your ideas on the issue
support your ideas with relevant reasons and examples
control the elements of standard written English.

Up until now, our thinking is always impacted by a point of view that we can learn much more from people whose view we share, yet people whose views contradict our own can cause stress and inhibit learning for us. My idea does not agree with this view, and against this one. I think that we can learn from people whose support us, but we can understand our shortcomings from people whose views contradict our own. The reasons are as follows. First of all, we can usually learn much more from people whose views we share. Pervious experiences help us to explore new thinking. For example, theory of evolution as the core of biology always direct the direction of biological science. When theory of evolution has been used in many fields. Like in the field of computer, from the language of in face of mechine to the language of in face of the object. In the field of Internet, from the communication of one person to one person to the communication of one person to some person. Next, we can know our shortcomings through people whose views contradict our own. For instance, it had been perfected by constantly the vioce of doubt that the experiment of the bacteria in the air caused the soup go bad. We need to think carefully about the oppositions. Those who oppose us usually can find our shortcoming exactly cause stress and inhibit learning. We can turn stress to power to promote learning. In sum, we need to thank those who supported or opposed us. Because they made us grow up ceaselessly.
