With strong awareness of environmental protection but a sense of helplessness about the over-busy traffic,citizens grow so confused and pessimistic that they doubt whether real progress is possible.In my humble opinion, there are still many things we can do for low-carbon transportation. On one hand,the government may broaden another road specially for buses,or increase the number of public transportation in the rush hour.Meanwhile,enforcement of low-carbon transportation is supposed to be strengthen to reduce private cars. On the other hand,as citizen with civilization,being in good manner and behaviour with less complaints.Besides,it is wise to miss the peak and as a result of decreasing pressure. 　　　　Ultimately,though,the success of low-carbon transportation will depends on people believing that it is in their best interests,that improvement of the environment is good for everyone.
