With strong awareness of environmental protection but a sense of helplessness about the over-busy traffic,citizens grow so confused and pessimistic that they doubt whether there is possibility to solve the issue.In my humble opinion, there are still many things we can do for low-carbon transportation. On the one hand,the government may broaden another road specially for buses,or increase the number of public transportation in the rush hour.Meanwhile,enforcement of low-carbon transportation is supposed to be strengthened to reduce private cars. On the other hand,as a civilized citizen,being in good manner and behaviour with fewer complaints.Besides,it is wise to avoid rush hours to decrease tansportation pressure. 　　　　Ultimately,though,the success of low-carbon transportation depends on people believing that it is in their best interests,that improvement of the environment is good for everyone.
