Nowadays,with the development of the science and technology,more and more private car product.The result of this situation is that our environment would be polluted.As far as I am concerned,the private car owner should be taxed for the pollution. On the one hand,various private car release the polluted air,our earth will suffer from the serious effects.The environment will be destroy,and the food chain unable to keep steady.The bad air has the bad effect on our life.If we absored in polluted air,we would be suffer from ill.On the other hand,if the private car owner pay the tax for the pollution,that will be give conscious to them to save the natural resource.At present,our country's resource are not enough.We are supposed to reduce the waste of the resource,considering the next generation. All in all,I think the private car owner should be taxed for the pollution.Although it cann't make the great work,it also a helpful idea for the world.The problem of the globe warm will be reduce.
