It is not exaggerating to say that people without high level education is just like the flowers without sunshine and fish without water. Everyone has the right to receive high level education. It is high level education that converts a raw people into a socialized person. By receiving education, people learns lateral thinking, critical thinking and becomes more intelligent. It is obviously that high level education can assert yourself into a respectful manner and promote social progress.
