Firstly,art is also an important part among our life,the reason is art can decorate our environment,for example,the design of our city,which is the landscape need green plants and flowers and where to plant them that is the knowledge of art. Secondly,art is a way to empress our emotion,like painters use pictures to draw what they are think about,so,picture is a way to realess themselves.Just since that,we can understand what the ancient people thinking from their products of arts. In conclusion,technology grocess is show the economic developing of a country,but the improve of artists is an evidence of luxury curture.According to the situation above,I agreed that government should pay attention to both of substance which people need,and art which is spiritc of our mind.
