There is no denying the fact that whether allow to use mobile phones in public places has become the utmost concern among people in recent days. As to me, I think that do not disturb others in the case, you can use mobile phones and other communication tools. To bolster my stance, I will explore the opinion as follows. First of all, most of public orders is to keep quiet. Only out of politeness, yet can we keep quiet in public places. For example, when taking public transportation, people are entitled to travel a quiet and peaceful environment. But this is just impossible, when there are normerous people chatting on their cell phones. Sometimes, their vioce is as same as the sound of a crowd of frogs. In this way, not only disturb the others, but also to make themselves look very impolite. And it is banned about used cell phones on the airplanes. Next, do not affect the others and public safety in the case, people who temperate to use mobile phones, to connect others. For instance, when we are in bus station, and surrounds the strangers, the train has a long time to arrive. At this time, the mobile phone becomes our best option. We who may chat with friends through deliver messages, play mobile phone games to kill time. In sum, rule is no more than human relationship. It is too strict that people should not be allowed to use mobile phones in public place when does not affect safety situation. Certainly, we advocate the appropriate use of mobile phone in public place.
