It is well-known to all that there are the vast majorities of different languages residing in our world. Although some are vanishing，the extant languages are still the most precious treasures which our forefathers have passed on to us since the ancient times. People reside in different countries have specific languages belonging to themselves. For those languages which are usually used for people in vicinity and can't be acknowledged by the center government is so-called dialects. As one of the priceless treasures，the dialects should be advocated in public places. First of all，dialects are preferred by the elder people in the rural. For them，confined to the economic conditions and national education policies，the great part people are deprived of the chances to receive education. Generally speaking，they are not habitually to communicating by official languages. Dialects are the convenient tools for them. Secondly，people in China，particular for those northerners，have the traditions of preferring to old houses and hate relocation.As the proverb goes，whatever the house is made of，mine is the best. House will provide you shelters if you encounter the difficulties. In a word，the dialects are acceptable in the public place. It is only by frequently using than can make the dialects survive. Furthermore，we can protect the diversity of cultures.
