At past, people can only acquire knowledge through book. As the development of technology, people also can get it through screen. Nowadays, as film become hotter and hotter, book seem to be neglected. In fact, as a method of broadening our eyes, there is no different between them. But book uses word as carrier to express author’s feelings. Screen version uses picture and video. Book show us a story in words, and we picture the scene in our minds then we follow the author to experience a dramatic world. Screen show us a story through video so that we can know how the story developing visually. It’s easier for us to remember the plot, I think that‘s why more people like watch video. But from my point of view, book contain more details and describe scene more faintly. It has more description on character’s inner life. All in all. Book and screen version are both good for us to broaden our eyes. Each of them has its own advantage. And the option depend on you.
