With the development of computer industry and artificial intelligence, more and more people are concerned that the computer will begin to think like man and pose a new challenge to humanity. However, in my opinion, just as the saying goes, “the real danger is not that the computer will start to think like a man, but that man will begin to think like the computer”. Nowadays, with the increasing reliance on the computer, some people gradually lose the ability to think critically and flexibly. They begin to think the same way as the computer, which is dangerous to the advancement of the society. Besides, many people spend so long in front of the cold screen that they have little time communicating and interacting with people in real life. As time goes by, they become poker-faced, acting just like a machine, which will harm the development of human as a social creature. To avoid thinking like the computer, we should reduce our heavy dependence on it. We should always keep in mind that the computer is only a useful tool for us, and that we can always think of better and more humane ways of coping with our needs or problems.
