If ask me to make a choice between work for big company and small company, I prefer the big one. First, big company can provide more chances than small company. Working in big company would easier to get chance to build connection with successful people. Second, most big companies can provide good training to their employees. this definitely would add the value on personal working experience. Third, big company's benefit is better than small company. They can provide competitite salary, health insurance, good retire plan.
