In our daily life, lots of people try their best to be a leader. But is it always better to be a leader? It seems to me that be a leader is not always good. Firstly, the relationship between leader and the member of the team is never as good as the team members. Because most team members are afraid of the leader. Secondly, when team members can't accomplish their work, the first person they complained is the leader. To a large degree, a team member is much less pressure, and has more time spending with their family. therefore, I'm in favor of being a team member rather than a leader.
