Putting a “pollution tax” can effectively make a pollution reduction.And secondly,more and more people can afford to the private cars ,hence increasing private cars are springing up all over the world.Fewer private cars can bring about owing to the “pollution tax”. Moreover,it can strengthen people's awareness of protecting our environment. Taking into all account all the relevant factors,it is essential to put a “pollution tax” on private cars.And I strongly reckon the idea that everyone should take actions to make our environment a better place to live in.
