Recently,a new policy has been to public that a family can get another baby if either the wife orr husband is the only child in his/her family. It is obvious that one-child policy which has seemed to control the increasing problem effectively ,but,at the same time,has led to other troubles such as aging society,shortage of labour as well as heavier burden for adults on supporting such a big family composed of at least four old people and a child's.Besides,mentally,selfish in one's character caused by overlove makes children not easy to get along well with.Therefore,one-child policy seems not so suitable for our current economic or social situation any longer. In order to improve even solve the problem,the new policy will be given birth to.Objectively,it is a relatively better ideal resolution.Not only will it provide sufficient human resources,it also slows the process with aging problem. As a whole,I am firmly convinced that with more skilled talents are badly in need of,after the revolution of electronic and atomatic machine,only through taking a full advantage of numerous labour resources,can we turn overgrowth of population into strong motivation to stimulate our economy.
