Recently,details has been issued about selective two-child policy,namely,allowing couples to have two children if one parent is a single child. As a conclusion,I am firmly convinced that with more skilled talents are badly in need of in this era ,only through taking a full advantage of numerous labour resources,can we turn overgrowth of population into strong motivation to stimulate our economy.
