Nowdays, more and more students don't pay attention to English spelling, which is not benefit to their English study. What cause the phenomena? I think it is the test. Due to Enlish written isn't pretty important in Enlish test. In the opposite, teachers and students concentrate on Enlglish reading. For avoiding ignoring English spelling, in my point of view, both teachers and students should strive for it. As a teacher, should often emphasize the importance of spellng to students. And as s student, we should cleanly understand the purpose of study, not only for test. English is international using language, so we should learn it well in listening , speaking , reading , writting.
