When I was young as a pupil in sixth grade in my primary school, under no circumstances could I run only a circle at a time for four hundred meters. Nevertheless my PE teacher told me that I could do it better from four hundred meters to 800 meters after training properly without delay. I seemed that it was impossibility. Because my body was too weak owing to lack of exercise to run simply a short distance. I considered I would fail in the final exam in physical education. On a chilling day I started running on an early morning by myself on the track which I had run for more than 500 times. Afterwards, I could run more than two circles at a time already. I ascribed my success to hard work and a little luck. Day after day, night after night, I became healthier blacker and stronger. Finally this thing taught me that if I never began to solve the problem it would always be. Above all, do it properly and find someone to assist yourself, it will be no difficulty at all. Subsequently I did plenty of things all related from this reference material on which I spent enormous time and energy.
