Living in such a stressful society, what we could do,if you ask me,is to keep a good mood, which has a directly influence on our attitude towards our life. As a normal student, i am responsible for my study, i must make sure that i could graduate from the university , by means of studying hard. For example, if i am in a bad mood, it is impossible for me to focus my attention in the class,hence the bad mood may not be good.Seen from another aspect, we should keep a good mood for our health.There was once a survey that two patients who have distinct characteristics,one is always in good mood while the other is not, after a period of treating, obviously, the patient in good mood was recovered quicker than the other patient. Therefore,we had better keep ourselves in good mood, not only for our work, but also for our health,moverover,we could transfer the positiveness to other people around us, which could make the world more harmony.
