In my opinion, Three reasons as follows contribute to this job situation . Firstly, Corperations built by individuals provide a multitude of opportunities after 1978 , most companies are built by the government , and a small portion of people can be employed, sometimes working in those companies is the best choice.Therefore, there is no need to change . Secondly, as we all know ,The 21 century is the time of information ! it is far more convenient and fast to recognise the whole world and know outstanding persons how to achieve their goals, their affairs tell us that we need a try! so more tries , more jobs we did. At last, since 1990, colleges have expanded rapidly, hence, the population of graduated students increases more fast than the good jobs which corperatations can provide, Finally, I would like to point out that the job can hardly satisfy us, so we needr to change!
