Due Attention Should Be Given To Spelling Nowadays, there are more and more students who have a shortage of spelling in English study. Most of the students think the English spelling is not important, which lead to low marks and even failure in the exam. Why have there been so many students not spelling, maybe the reasons can be as follows. To begin with,some of the students think the listening and speaking are more useful than spelling, which couldn't spend time in spelling. Furthermore, the students feel that it is wasting much time for spelling. Last but not least, the teachers fail to be strict with the students, which encourages students to speak and listen all the time. After a deep consideration for my part, I think both teachers and students should play their part. For one thing,the students should have a proper attitude towards spelling, which spend much time study, which pays more attention to spelling, in order to write correct in the exam. For anther, the teachers ought to command of students' spelling, which tell students the adequate attention should be given to spelling.
