Firstly,personally,walking is more affordable for students rather than running.Typically,running is so boring and tiring for students,who just woke up for a while.Besides that,when they are walking,they can communicate with each other to gain new information about other's life,which may cultivate their sense of teamwork.Moreover,the replacement of traditional courses will give students various choices to determine their own interests and development.Those who tend to be quiet may prefer shadowboxing,or they can choose aerobics to make themselves more confident and talkative. To conclude,I am firmly convinced that the PE teaching and research group should carry out the perform as soon as possible.
