Nowadays, the commercialization has facilitated the frequent emergence of international metropolis encompassing diverse ethnic groups.Some believe that the merits of such mixture outweigh its demerits.Considering closely,I am in favor of this idea. First, it is obvious that the multicultural interchange of ideas and voices is the fountainhead for the advancement of the society.This is because the differences accompanying the intercultural exchanges are inclined to invoke far-reaching reforms,which will make the society more prosperous and dynamic as a whole.As I Have A Dream of Martin Luther King was pushing the society on its way to equality and harmony.Thus, the various cultural background can contribute to the development of the society substantially. Moreover, a mixture of various cultures provide equal platform for each individual to develop and grow.For example,the Broadway in New York is appealing to numerous talented people from all around the world.This open platform is impartial to everyone.It allows people to fully exert their potential and make it to the top,regardless of their cultural origin.Evidently,a society tolerant to vast cultures is favourable to the advancement of individuals. Admittedly,different cultures are pone to incur conflicts and discrimination.However,these problems,if treated properly,can utterly be avoided or settled.The benefits are still greater. In sum, the society will not ameliorate without various voices from distinct perspective and people will not progress without a tolerant and multihued cultural background.What really matters is that we habour right attitude towards each person and his custom.Only in this way can we enjoy a fruitful and productive way of living.
