However higher education degree can not guarantee success.As is shown in the data above,employees with professional degree prevail those with doctoral degree which emphasizes the significance of experience and application.Furthermore,being success is the result of combining both EQ and IQ,between which EQ is even more essential.Also,the closer you are to success,the more good qualities such as endurance,diligence and so on are important. So,in my opinion,every student should pay attention to study, for education plays an important role in one's long-term development,and is supposed to cultivate other important qualities as well.Only then can one be able to reach a higher level of life and be a great man.
