However higher education degree can not guarantee success.As is shown in the data above,employees with professional degree prevail those with doctoral degree which emphasizes the significance of experience and application.After all,it's your capability but not degree itself that really matters in working fields.Furthermore,being success is a result of combining both EQ and IQ,between which EQ is even more essential.Also,the closer you are to success,the more good qualities such as endurance,diligence and so on are important.
