It has been a contentious issue as to whether should private car owners be taxed for pollution.Some folks are of the view that it is an effctive way to protect the environment, while others not.From my perspective , the former opinion holds more weight. For one thing,controlling pullution by taxing private car owners is a wise way to help to build an envrionmental friendly society, especially reduce the air pollution around our surroundings.As is known that the emission levels ,engine or vehicle size are all the main cause of whether the pollution is considerable or not.Therefore,it is conceivable that taxing for the pravite car owners have more benefits towards our society,such as protect the fresh air and provide an ideal life condition for human-beings. For another, as for the fee taxed by the private car owners , which can be made full use of through the goverment by spending it on envrionment construction.The much more money and attentions be used to protect the surroudings , the more harmony and positive our society might be.What a perfct way to solve the issue! All in all,due to tax for the private car owners brings advantages far outweigh the disadvantages,I do in favor of taxing for the private car owners.
