Such high quick pace of society calls for people sacrificing a lot of time to working, which means it's necessary for people to have time relax and enjoy themselves. Arts is a good option to escape from hustle and bustle. What's more, arts cultivate people's aesthetic standards, which can help lead to innovation and creation as well.To be more extent, arts are the common language among people who have different language. Arts enable people to interact with each other,promoting the culture exchange. In a word, only the government invest in both of the infrastructure and culture industry, in order to fulfill people's different needs, can we create a healthy and vibrant society.
